About School Break Camps

Looking for something for your children to do on a school holiday? Send them to the zoo for the day! Children will learn about animals while participating in hands-on activities and games.

Winter Zookeeper Camp

Grades 3-5 | December 27, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Grades K-2 | December 30, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

No school? Don’t hibernate! Come help the zookeepers take care of the animals and make a bunch of new animal (and human) friends! Snacks provided. Bring a bag lunch.

Cost: $40 Members | $45 Non-Members


Animals of the Night Camp

Grades K-5 | March 23, 2020 or April 8, 2020 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Registration opens December 2, 2019

Uncover the mysteries of nocturnal animals through games, fun animal activities, and up-close animal encounters. Snacks provided. Bring a bag lunch.

Cost: $40 Members | $45 Non-Members


Predator-Prey Camp

Grades K-5 | March 24, 2020 or April 9, 2020 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Registration opens December 2, 2019

Play games, create enrichment, and meet animals up close as we explore the lives of the zoo’s top predators. Snacks provided. Bring a bag lunch.

Cost: $40 Members | $45 Non-Members
