About Eco-Explorers
Ages 9-12
Explore careers working with animals, practice your zoology skills and more by choosing from a variety of exciting 4-day camps focused on wildlife and conservation. Come for a half- or full-day adventure and experience lots of hands-on activities and animal interactions.
Eco-Explorers Camp sessions run for four days (Monday-Thursday). Morning sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 noon. You can add an afternoon camp to your morning camp for an all-day session. All-day sessions are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All-day campers should bring a bag lunch or plan to purchase lunch at the Safari Café.
Animal Careers
June 28-July 1, 2021 | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon | THIS CAMP IS FULL
Explore careers working with animals and experience what it’s like to be a zookeeper, animal trainer, biologist, and veterinarian. This camp is designed for youth who have completed grades 3-5 or are ages 9-11.
Zoofari
Afternoon add-on option (must be enrolled in morning camp to add this camp)

Grab a backpack, strap on your hiking boots, and join us as we embark on a zoofari! Connect with wildlife through animal encounters, nature exploration, games and experiments! This camp is designed for youth who have completed grades 3-5 or are ages 9-11.
Zookeeper Boot Camp
July 26-29, 2021 | 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (All Day) | THIS CAMP IS FULL

Tie your hair back and leave the flip-flops at home! You’ll have a blast getting down and dirty as you spend the week learning what it’s like to work with animals at a zoo. This camp is designed for youth who have completed grades 3-6 or are ages 9-12.

All Day for 4 days:
$184 Members | $224 Non-Members
Camp t-shirts are optional and cost an additional $10 during check out. Each week of camp has the same t-shirt design.
